Step 1 of 6

Each content section has two controls in the top-left corner:

• Approve — the left checkbox marks this section as approved.
• Feedback — the right comment button opens a comment form to leave feedback or notes on this section.

Step 2 of 6

Click the comment icon on any section to leave feedback. A warning icon will appear when feedback has been left — click it to view or reply to the thread.

Step 3 of 6

The Updates tab shows the latest replies on your feedback comment threads from all sections on the current page. Open it any time to see new replies — it refreshes each time you open it so you'll always see the latest.

Step 4 of 6

Open this Overview panel button at any time to view the Approvals overview and track section approval status for the current page.

Step 5 of 6

Access the Sitemap Index page with this button — see all Pages and Templates and track overall project progress.

Use the Edit Content toggle to make text and image changes directly on the page.

• Click any text or image to start editing.
• Changes save automatically.
• Use ↩ to undo or ↪ to redo.
• Click the toggle again when you're finished.
• Editing Mode turns off automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Good to know:

• The site header, footer, and some dynamic content can't be edited here.
• Click on any image to leave a note about what should go there.
